Lovely staff who are professional and friendly. We dropped our car off to get repaired through our insurance. They updated us daily on the progress of our repairs and made the process effortless. We also enjoyed the free cookies and bagels in the waiting room. Excellent service and top notch repair services.

This place is the perfect collision center. I recently had to take a car here, and from start to finish Carillo and Sons was the pinnacle of professionalism. They patiently answered all of my (many) questions, handled the situation in a timely and professional manner, and completed the repairs in a way that looked good as new. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's a family owned business and you can tell that they have put their heart and soul into it. I will definitely be back if I ever need more repairs. Nobody likes having their car repaired, but this place makes the experience painless and stress-free. Thank you for such a positive experience! :)

Best place I've found. They do very good quality work. I worked with Daniel he kept in contact with me with all the updates on my car in a timely manner, he's very helpful and polite. I've took my car in here twice so far for moderate damage around my front bumper. Both times they fixed my Jetta I couldn't even tell it was smashed the paint matched up pretty dam good. Nice doing business with them just cross my fingers my car doesn't get smashed again.

Got my car back from Carrillo and Sons today and she looks fantastic! These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work being done and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and fresh cookies in the waiting area is always a nice touch. If you need quality body work done in San Diego, this is the place!
