Repair work was excellent. Ripped the tint on 2 windows, informed me of one, paid me for that one. Never heard about the 2nd window as it was found after I picked the car up. To be fair, I haven't gone by the shop. Based on the quality of the repair I would do business again

Lovely staff who are professional and friendly. We dropped our car off to get repaired through our insurance. They updated us daily on the progress of our repairs and made the process effortless. We also enjoyed the free cookies and bagels in the waiting room. Excellent service and top notch repair services.

This place is the perfect collision center. I recently had to take a car here, and from start to finish Carillo and Sons was the pinnacle of professionalism. They patiently answered all of my (many) questions, handled the situation in a timely and professional manner, and completed the repairs in a way that looked good as new. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's a family owned business and you can tell that they have put their heart and soul into it. I will definitely be back if I ever need more repairs. Nobody likes having their car repaired, but this place makes the experience painless and stress-free. Thank you for such a positive experience! :)
