If every automotive auto body shop was like this one, I'd be happy to have more accidents. Had a little bit of damage on the front of my black car from someone backing into it in a parking lot. Daniel @ Carrillo & Sons provided a quote, as they were one of the choices I had among several from my insurance company. They came highly recommended and I now see why. We scheduled a date for me to drop the car off, they estimated the time required as 2-3 business days, and they took care of it. I asked Daniel about some marks on the hood of the car when obtaining the quote, offered to pay separately for that, and they took care of it, free of charge. Said it was part of the detailing service and were very attentive to it. The paint matched perfectly, and it looks good as new. No rattles, no problems. They called me when the job was completed, Daniel met me to go over the vehicle on my schedule, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Could not have been a better experience.

LOVED IT. Having my car wrecked has never been such a pleasure. Daniel Carrillo himself took the time to write me some very detailed emails explaining exactly what was going on, updating me with information as soon as it was available. I never had to call and check on things or encourage them to do their jobs. Staff very polite, professional, and nice to interact with. FRESH COOKIES, coffee, candy, snacks, water bottles, leather couches, magazines, chapsticks, mints... I don't even know what else, just go hang out in the lobby for a few minutes. I'll never go to another collision center after being introduced to Carrillo & Sons. Not to be confused with Carrillo's which is a different place in San Diego apparently that I almost went to on accident

Great service, quick, and friendly! Staff took care of all the documentation including the rental car situation and speaking with the insurance company.

Highly recommend Carrillo's. Excellent service and they exceeded my expectations. David was great to work with! First time there but will be a repeat customer if need be.

Carrillo & Sons is amazing. Very professional and friendly. My car was there for 30 days and Dave communicated with me the entire month! I was never left wondering and knew my car was in great hands. Texting was the best way to communicate for me and that's exactly what we did. I hope I don't ever need them again but if I do....I won't look anywhere else and definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks Dave and Carrillo & Sons you went above and beyond!!!!!!
