Extremely happy with my car after getting work done at this family-run business!

My car, 2015 Black Audi A3, was hit while I was out of town, and then white house paint overspray covered it from a neighboring home. The Carillo & Sons team went above and beyond fixing the physical damage and restored the paint to look better than when I purchased it. And special thanks to Blayne Glass for coordinating all the communication with the insurance company and I could not be happier!

I would recommend taking your car/truck/van/etc to them – you will not be disappointed!

By a series of unfortunate events, I found myself needing my vehicle fixed after an accident. I was referred to Carrillo and Sons by a friend am I’m so happy they did! My entire experience with the center and staff exceeded all my expectations. As this was my first accident and dealing with insurance and such I had no idea what to expect. From the first phone call, I was reassured that the process would be easy and it was.

Upon dropping off my vehicle I was greeted by some fur friends in the office which for me, boosted my mood. The staff offered coffee, water, snacks, and an overall comfortable atmosphere. The communication of the staff was excellent as well. I was given all the information I needed and if anything came up they would promptly handle it with the insurance. There was literally no effort needed on my part other than a few signatures.

When picking up my vehicle, it was just as easy. I walked in, greeted by another fur baby, received the paperwork, checked out, and ready to go in less than 5 minutes. I’m so beyond happy with the results. Big or small I would HIGHLY SUGGEST you bring your business here. You will not be disappointed.

Nobody is happy when they have to visit an Auto Body Shop–just finding one you can trust with your car is super-stressful!  I had used Carillo at another location with a previous auto, so when USAA said they worked with the location close to my home, I was relieved to have narrowed my search…

Daniel was my Service Rep and completely put me at ease for how they would conduct my car’s repairs (mostly paint damage), plus he kept me constantly updated via text with status reports.  Giovanna was extremely helpful from my first phone call until I picked up my car, which looked as good as the day I bought it.

Hopefully, I won’t need their services any time soon, but without hesitation, I would do business again with them and highly recommend their work!
