I was in a car accident, and Carrillo and Sons took amazing care of me and my car. They kept me informed if anything changed, and regular updates. The car was ready within 24 hours of the original expected date. They were kind, and knowledgeable. I knew my car was in good hands. My car runs like new again.

I have fortunately only had to use this body shop twice through the years, but there is no other shop I would even try - these guys are GREAT! The team has got their customer service down and a totally skilled labor force. Accidents are stressful and obtaining repairs time consuming - Carrillo & Sons, definitely do their part to mitigate both. Great expertise, beautiful job - Five-star service!

Over my many years of driving I have had to use several different auto body shops in San Diego. Carillo and Sons on Old Cliffs road is without a doubt the best body shop in San Diego!! They are family owned and operated and really do care about what they do. I have had to use them a lot the past few years because of my kids and was very lucky to find them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
