I've used Carrillo & Sons twice and the work on my car has been exemplary. Their quotes have been very competitive, and they have delivered on time. Their customer service is terrific, Maria sets the tone with her very helpful and sweet assistance. Recommended.

From the moment I brought my car into the shop, I felt respected, comfortable, and that my car was in safe hands. Maria greeted me with warmth and helped me through the stress of it all. Dave talked me through details as far as what to expect throughout the repair, and Tony kept me updated through the whole process. They made everything easy and smooth, I didn’t have to worry! I was even given a ride to the shop to retrieve my vehicle. Gas was topped off, and I was even given a "swag" bag to remember their shop. Great job!

Incredible customer service, clearly well-knowledgable, and great communication. I needed a ride to get a rental car and when the rental place took too long to send someone out and pick me up, Carillo & Sons called then twice before just ordering me an uber. While it was a long wait, it was no fault of theirs and they made it very easy for me. Truly appreciated the whole experience.
